As reported by the Des Moines Register and Forbes, Iowa based Hy-Vee will be scaling back INDYCAR involvement including sponsorship of the Milwaukee MIle race in 2025.
Hy-Vee, a supermarket chain in nine Midwestern states based in West Des Moines, Iowa, confirmed today that it had previously spoken to Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing and confirmed that it would not be renewing as a team sponsor.
A member of Hy-Vee senior management also said the company would not be sponsoring any team in IndyCar next year, and was also ending its sponsorship on the revived IndyCar race at The Milwaukee Mile next season.
“We are no longer sponsoring the Milwaukee race. We are just concentrating on the races in Iowa.”
