The Milwaukee Mile has been around twice as long as Lambeau Field and has had so many great legends compete on it! It is a shame that the people of Milwaukee and Wisconsin don't realize what an absolute historical gem we have right in our own backyard!

The milwaukee mile is truely one of the tracks to see some great racing i miss seeing nascars elite in the ixfinity series like matt kenesth dick trickle but also the indy cars that was some fun times thanks to the milwakee mile miss the ole track

The Milwaukee Mile is one of the wonders of the world. There is way too much racing history to close this racetrack down. I can recall that the late Andy Granatelli stated that this was the best oval raced on after the Indy 500. Racers loved it and kindly reconsider shutting it down. Thank you.

Save the Mile: This facility has much history and way to much potential for a bright future just to let it go to waste. Would be a shame not to at least try and lure a promoter that will bring back some form of top notch racing.

The Milwaukee Mile just as much apart of American Motorsports History as Indianapolis is. This historical track must be preserved and brought back to use by a Championship Racing Series, hopefully the ones that made it famous, IndyCar and NASCAR.

I plead that you see the importantance and significance of this place.

KEEP THE MILE : Racing is a part of the American Heritage and The Milwaukee Mile has hosted all the Greats from the Unsers, the Andrettis, Mears, Foyt, etc.. all the Royalty!

This is yet another piece of Ethnicity & Heritage being lost to the Modern Age.

Do Not Allow the Mile to sit idle.. bring back the Big Races & Make it affordable for families, and you will see 'Build It and They Will Come' to see the race :)

We absolutely cannot let this legendary track go unused. It's a shame it sits vacant for most of the year. It's about time to bring back some big events and people of the surrounding area need to come out to support this jewel sitting in the middle of our community!

Ive always liked the mile it was a difficult track to run and it was challenging to run and it was fun too! They just put in new stands as well so why not use them.

Milwaukee cannot afford to lose a gem like the famous Milwaukee Mile. The track got tons of media coverage when the CART race was held a week after the Indy 500 and was a very successful race weekend. INDYCAR, please return the schedule to the early 1990s with the Mile in early June and Road America in August or September! I was so proud to live in a city with two of the best racetracks in the world within an hour of my house. Please save this important historical hallowed ground!
